This illuminating initial assessment is the pre-requisite to my 6-month program. It can also be bought as a single session, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in my 90-Day Energy Recharge. Upon signing up for 6-month program, half the fee for this will be applied to the cost. We will take a comprehensive look at past and present health history and lifestyle factors as well as analyzing a 3-day food and drink log.
