Which Program is Right for You?
Have you ever received good advice that you were unable to follow? Has your doctor recommended a lifestyle change that feels unattainable? I 've been a personal trainer for over twenty years. Several years ago I went to school at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), for Holistic Health and Nutrition Coaching—and that added a whole new layer to what I know is true, and how I train and coach my clients! I work with most of my personal training clients in their home, and I bring my own equipment to make up for anything they may not have. I am also happy to train at your local gym if that is preferable.
What To Expect From Your Program
Entering your program will require a commitment of you. Our scheduled time together will likely be in person, but I also offer Health Coaching via phone or skype. To glean the most from your program, you will want to keep these appointments in order to absorb and practice the changes that you have decided to work into your life.
I will not force you to change and I will not do it for you—remember, I am not your mother! And I can’t be with you 24/7. The effort and passion must come from within YOU! I will educate, motivate, encourage, mentor and hold you accountable for the goals you've set for yourself. I will also help point out what you may be missing in your journey, and guide you in the direction of your best hopes and dreams for health and life. One of my clients called me her Healthy Food Guru, Life Coach, Spiritual Advisor and Field Commander, and I think that just about sums it up!
