My role is to enable you to be that person you really want to become.

I get it and I’ve been there! And I came out on the other side and have continued to grow and thrive, and that’s why I do what I do today—and love it! I’ve spent much of my life learning, implementing and teaching the best, most practical and widely researched, tried and true ways of restoring health and creating permanent lifestyle changes. I do the homework and you reap the benefits! This way you can optimize the time in the rest of your life. And together we find the spaces in your schedule that you need for self-care that you didn't think you had!
You just can’t seem to keep motivated.
Health coaching is not just about what you eat and how you work out, we cover a lot of areas! As your Coach, I’ll be addressing psychological factors that seem to block your momentum. I’m here to listen, to understand, and to discern what is going to motivate you to make the necessary changes that create new healthy habits-- and to continue being excited about it! We will adjust your routine as needed and I’m here to support you every step of the way. I’ll also help pick you up when you fall (not guilt or shame you!) and keep cheering you on towards the finish line!
You’ve already spent too much and it hasn’t worked.
Life is really about failing and succeeding. It’s about seeing what doesn’t work so you know what does work. And yes, sometimes that involves wasting money! I know Health Coaching works because I see my clients that have struggled for such a long time try just one new thing and a light bulb goes on--and the change in one of their symptoms is immediate! Our healthcare system is too expensive and it’s failing. It tends to see people as isolated parts instead of an integrated whole. Physicians are very necessary and they have a lot of answers, but they don’t have them all. How could they? For the most part, they are trained to treat symptoms and to prescribe drugs. They don’t have the time to spend (or the focus of education) to pour over food logs, connect lifestyle factors to symptoms, or to search for root causes based on an individual’s health history. Nor do they have an hour or more to just listen to their patients concerns in an appointment. A Health Coaching perspective is very necessary to a thriving healthcare system and is fast becoming essential.
